Our Process: 3 Easy Steps for Buyers, Sellers, & Investors

A mistake we see is real estate agents sharing every single step involved in the often complicated process of buying and selling a home, property, land, or other entity.


Intentions are usually good.


They provide a "roadmap" for clients to understand each phase of the process, as a way to share detail and increase transparency. "Here's your 30 step process...." (YIKES!)


While we are very much aligned with the importance of transparency and solid communication, we do not want to overwhelm you. We want to do the opposite.


After all, that's why you're hiring a real estate professional. To do the job, and do it exceedingly well.


In the past when we've hired exceptional realtors, we've remarked how EASY they made the process for us. How they handled so many details [[behind the scenes]] that we weren't even privy to. THAT is a good job. Not the "hey look at me and all the many complicated things I handle for you!" While we WILL make sure you're informed and confident, this is not about us or the work we're doing on your behalf --- it's about you!

  • You want us to ease your stress, increase your confidence, and answer your questions.

That's why our process for YOU is easy as 1-2-3. In reality our process [behind the scenes] has more steps - - many, many, MANY more steps -- but that is why you're hiring us. You'll let us handle those for you.


This is what our process will look like from your perspective:


STEP 1: Casual Meeting (15-30 Mins)

  • Let us know your communication preferences and your timeline.

  • Meet with us over the phone, text, video, or in-person (according to your preferences).

  • Ask questions - no pressure, no obligations to work with us, just information gathering.

  • Learn whether we are a good fit for your needs. It's ok, we can still be friends if not!

  • Review mandatory disclosures prior to providing confidential information in step 2.


STEP 2: Formalized Meeting (Allow minimum 30-60 Mins)

  • Buyers: this is our formal, in-depth meeting to learn about you and your preferences, setting you up for a successful home buying journey

  • Sellers: this is our formal, in-depth meeting to learn about you, your preferences, and your property, setting you up for a successful home selling journey


STEP 3: Let's Go! The Fun Begins! (Ongoing)

  • Buyers: home searching begins!

  • Sellers: marketing your home begins!

  • Enjoy the process and let us do the hard work!

  • Let us know of any changes that come up since our last meeting.
