A Little About Me...
I'm a "what you see is what you get" kind of person. I'm very straightforward. You won't ever have to guess where I stand, but if you do ask, I'll share my opinion honestly. Being a normal, "regular" guy with no pretention and honest values has helped me in sales and account management. Nobody likes to feel as if they are being sold something or worse, pressured into something. Pressured sales tactics never work.
What does this have to do with real estate? Everything.
I enjoy meeting new people and love how friendly everyone is in Washington. You know a local when you see one. And that's a good thing! Our neighbors should be the kind of people you want to get to know and spend a few minutes talking to as you pass them by on the riverwalk.
I grew up playing, watching, umpiring, and loving baseball. It's one way how my family bonded. There's an honesty and nostalgia to the game that I also see in the town of Washington. My experience in sales, account management and customer service ensure your real estate transaction runs smooth from start to finish. I provide authenticity, trust, and dependability to each client. I've had good jobs and bad jobs in my career, but aside from the best job of being a dad, helping people discover the wonderful town of Washington is a rewarding one.
You can often find me at Two Rivers Alehouse or walking the historic district from the boardwalk to the riverwalk and back. Often my daughters will cajole me into delivering a smoothie from River Vibes on the return trip.

A Little About Me...
I love coordinating projects and designing spaces. I'm very visual, so I have to see it, and then rework it over and over until everything balances itself. I'm the kind of person that puts together mood boards to illustrate the look and feel of a room! Balance is key to designing a room for function and style so it's important to see it all together on one page before executing on the project. My personal passion has been reimagining spaces for practicality and beauty. There's few things I enjoy more than going into a home and imagining it's future - the new design, maximizing the functionality of the space, and of course, the people who will live in it and the memories made! I love to help my clients see the vision for their new home and act on it - for a simpler, happier life.
Don't worry, though -- I'm not all fluff! What I mean is, I also have a highly analytical and objective side with plenty of experience evaluating and utilizing data to make informed decisions. People say I'm highly detail focused and it's true! I get a strange joy from filling out forms, editing documents, and organizing. I'll make sure your paperwork is flawless and your process is efficient. My career background began in wine sales and marketing and later my love of wine and cooking led to brand marketing management for a large cookware manufacturer. I also strive to make a difference in my community, having worked with non-profit organizations and at one point I taught little ones in public and private schools. I can manage chaos and complex projects with ease - that's for sure!
Recently I've focused on simplifying life - from having less stuff in the home to really breathing in every day with my kids (who are growing way too fast!) - with all of it set to the backdrop of our beautiful Pamlico River. Washington offers easy living on the waterfront. I'm not sure simplifying our life would come so easy without the fabric of Washington itself to keep me on track. I want to help you find that joy in a simple life, well lived. A beautiful, peaceful life that you always dreamed of, that will exceed your expectations. I know it has exceeded mine.
So, how does this relate to real estate? I love all things home and people. Place and surroundings. This place we call home has exceeded my every dream. It has been the catalyst for a simpler life for us.
