3 Steps to Moving Forward with Ease...

Step 1

Initial Seller Consultation

A no-cost, no-obligation conversation to get to know each other and explore your goals. We'll answer your questions, explain how we work, and outline a potential path forward. During this meeting, we’ll share a menu of our customizable marketing and listing services for your review.

Note: Steps 1 and 2 can be combined depending on your timeline. Step 1 is often ideal for those who want early guidance or are interviewing agents.

Choose what works for you: Meet in-person, by phone, or via video call. Time: typically 15 to 30 minutes.

Step 2

Client Intake Meeting

Once you decide to move forward with us, this meeting is where the magic starts. We’ll meet at your home to get to know both you and your property, gathering the details we need to market it powerfully.

We’ll walk through:

  • Your goals and timeline

  • Property features, history, and updates

  • Market value, pricing strategy, and selling plan

  • Recommended pre-listing improvements, if any

  • Photography, staging, and marketing preparation

We value your time and aim to be efficient while also thorough. To best serve you, we dedicate up to three hours for this step, depending on your property and schedule.

We’ll call to coordinate this appointment directly as these meetings typically occur on-site at your property to be listed for sale. We prefer a minimum of one hour allotted to these meetings to save your valuable time throughout the process overall. Time varies: typically 1 to 2 hours.

  • Customized marketing with professional photos and listing copy

  • Expert pricing, staging guidance, and promotion

Important Disclosures & FAQs

Does scheduling Step 1 mean I'm committing to work with you?

No. Step 1 is simply an opportunity to explore if we’re a good fit. However, laws and regulations requires a few disclosures:

WWREA Disclosure:

We must review the "Working with Real Estate Agents" (WWREA) brochure with you before discussing confidential info. This is not a contract—it’s a disclosure form confirming you understand your rights and options as a seller.

Listing Agreement:

Before we can legally market your home or represent you, a signed listing agreement is required. This ensures transparency, protects your interests, and clarifies the working relationship.

Why hire a listing agent to sell your home?

Statistics consistently show that homes listed with a licensed agent sell faster and for more money. More importantly, a good agent:

  • Represents your best interests with fiduciary duty

  • Provides professional advice, negotiation skills, and marketing

  • Helps reduce stress by handling complex details

Your listing agent must promote your best interests, be loyal, disclose material facts, use reasonable care, and protect your confidentiality.

We bring professionalism, transparency, and heart to your home sale. As a local team, we treat every transaction like it’s our own and value authentic relationships built on trust. We walk with you every step of the way—so you can move forward with peace and confidence.
